well, the buzz now is that, there may not be a next generation of games, especially within the next years...because of how technologically advanced our current systems wii, , PS are, there is not much need for a quotnewquot generation of gaming right now...there may be new nodels like the DS light vs the Original DS but all in all, there will PROBABLY not be a new generation...sobrbrto simply answer your question, get the Wii, and if you dont like it take it back or sell it...its just a video game console, its not like youre adopting a child. . . .
